Marc-Oliver has been a member of the Managing Board of FundRock LRI since November 2022 and a member of FundRock Management Committee since August 2023. After having studied and been trained in Germany, England and the United States, Marc-Oliver is a fully qualified German lawyer and has earned a Master’s degree in International Commercial and Business Law from the University of East Anglia in Norwich (England). During the last 15 years, Marc-Oliver has held several senior roles in the investment industry, amongst others as Managing Director and Country Head of Universal-Investment-Luxembourg S.A. and Member of the Executive Board of MainFirst Affiliated Fund Managers Luxembourg and Germany, with a focus on Legal, Structuring, Compliance and Governance as well as Business and Strategy topics. Marc-Oliver is a member of the ALFI Private Equity & Venture Capital Working Group.

Hugues joined FundRock in 2018 and is our Risk & Compliance Director. Hugues has over 13 years of experience in the financial services sector. Prior to joining FundRock he served as Risk Manager for 7 years in a Hedge Fund in Paris (Sigmalog Capital). Additionally, he was a project manager consultant for 6 years and lead global projects for major actors on the market (BNPParibas CIB, Candriam AM, KBL Private Banking…). He holds a Master in Economics and he is a FRM Charter and Prince2 certified.

Christian holds a diploma in business administration. He has almost 15 years’ financial markets experience, particularly in funds services. Before joining FundRock LRI in 2011, he worked as an auditor. He is responsible for NAV Review and Oversight on Central Administrators and Transfer Agents.
